Lund Sweden day 13

Only one photo today - which David made me take because he thinks it's funny. We passed this dentist surgery on our way out to dinner with Anne, Bill, Judy and Reg to a nice little restaurant called Fish and sure enough everything was fishy except for one veal dish.

The rest of the day I did nothing : bypassed the tour of the crypt in the cathedral, the farm museum and the botanic gardens. Instead I wandered around the shops and had a haircut by a very nice English-speaking hairdresser called Helen. She told me Lund is a university town of 30,000 students, most of whom are on holidays now so she was the only one working out of a staff of 4 and pleased to see me. I thought it was a good cut - but no-one noticed!

Lund is full of hairdressers and bookshops  - books are a big deal here - in Swedish of course. Lots of attractive children's books with complementary toys.
